Job Type Full-time Description We are seeking a Care Coordinator to join our team at Platinum Communities. The Care Coordinator is responsible for direct care of residents in addition to scheduling and coordinating the work of Caregivers. The Care Coordinator supports the House Manager and Administrator with office support and on call rotation for staffing needs. Requirements To be considered:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years caregiver experience working in a CBRF/RCAC environment preferred.
  • Ability to read, speak and write in English.
  • Flexible and available to work beyond regularly scheduled hours, as well as weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Must have or be willing to obtain CBRF/RCAC certifications as needed.
  • Ability to learn new technology.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Excellent communication skills.
