We balance this design with a strong focus on technology, all built in-house, which means we can easily innovate our systems to improve the veterinary team, pet, and client experience.Bond Vet is building the next generation of veterinary clinics from the ground up — and we're looking for a compassionate Care Coordinator to join our team.The Opportunity: Our Care Coordinators provide an amazing experience to both clients and pets when they visit our clinics for care. You're the first and last touchpoint for our patients, so you'll use hospitality and tact to ensure our clients are welcomed, comfortable, and supported throughout their time at our locations.This is a full time (40 hrs/week) position with a rotating schedule of four 10hr shifts per week.What You'll Do: Greet pet parents and their four-legged friends and ensure a smooth check in and check out experienceManage the schedule of daily appointments and walk-insTake and make calls and communicate via email to other Vet Practices and clients as necessaryKeep our common areas clean and well stockedProvide a high level of hospitality for our pet parents, answer questions and provide information and education as neededPerform other duties as assigned by your team leadersYou Have: At least 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or client facing receptionist positionsExperience in the veterinary industry preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to multitask with accuracy and efficiencyA high comfort level typing and utilizing multiple computer systemsPrior experience in veterinary practices or animal care is a plusWe Offer: Competitive Pay | $16-$20/hr | Based on ExperienceOpportunities for tuition assistance for staff pursuing LVT/CVT with our education partnersTeam-Based Profit SharingStrong Team CultureDiscount on In-Clinic Services for PetsFlexible Scheduling Models with scheduled released at least a month in advance401(k) contribution with partial employer matchSupport for your physical and mental wellness: medical, dental & vision plan options and access to mental health support programsA place to grow: culture that is centered in learning and development, career pathing, mentorships, empowerment and trustOur Values: We're obsessed with pets: The love we feel for animals drives us to do our best.
