**Care Delivery Associate**

at Charlie Health Remote Adolescents and young adults across the country need our help. The sad reality is that a mental health crisis has taken ahold of our most vulnerable populationleading to record levels of depression, anxiety, addiction, and self-harm. From Manhattan to Montana, this reality is compounded by issues of access, both geographic and financial. The mental health landscape is systemically broken, and our children are suffering as a result.

Charlie Health has set out on a mission to reimagine how high acuity care is delivered to teens and young adultsparticularly those in rural populations. Were building the worlds first infinitely scalable, virtual-first mental health practice. Our initial offering is a virtual intensive outpatient program (vIOP), which connects like-minded virtual groups with therapists that specialize in their specific mental health needs.

****About the Role****

The Care Delivery Associate will be an integral part of helping Charlie Health enhance its clinical delivery model. As a member of the Clinical Operations team, this individual will be responsible for operationalizing processes and technologies that help our therapists deliver more care, to more kids, more quickly. This may include designing new onboarding and training processes, analyzing regional clinical capacity to inform hiring velocity, introducing new technologies and processes that ease the lives of our clinicians, and much more. We expect that this individual will be able to liaise seamlessly between our Care Strategy, Clinical and Product team leaders, translating the needs of our therapists into actionable, scalable operational solutions. This position is not for the faint of heart but it will provide unmatched impact and room for professional growth.

****Responsibilities****

* Liaise between the Clinical team and Operations team, identifying key bottlenecks in clinical delivery

* Introduce new policies and procedures that drive efficiency across the Clinical team

* Support strategic projects alongside senior members of the Care Delivery team

* Share key insights with the Care Strategy team to help provide context to their analyses

* Design clinician retention and engagement strategies alongside our HR team

* Summarize qualitative and quantitative data from our therapists and patients to drive operational recommendations

* Recommend product functionality based on the challenges and feedback of the Clinical team and insights from the Care Strategy team

* Execute operational projects alongside the Chief Clinical Officer

* Evaluate, vet, and implement new technologies that make it easier for our therapists to deliver and bill for their services

* Manage clinician scheduling

* Develop timelines, deadlines and operationalize provider enablement software

* Create initiatives and implement changes to improve client experience

* Increase efficiency related to hiring, onboarding and training

****Qualifications****

* 2-5 years of experience

* Microsoft Office proficiency

* Work authorized in the United States and native or bilingual English proficiency

* Experience in translating non-technical stakeholder needs into technical and operational solutions

* Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, consultative style

* Experience designing and implementing new processes and procedures across various teams

* Ability to energize, communicate, and build rapport at all levels within an organization

* Strong project management skills, with a demonstrable ability to corral and manage details in a fast-paced, fluid environment

* Experience advising, presenting to, and persuading senior corporate personnel
