Job DescriptionCare Manager - Ocean County - Part time - Hourly rate $43.00 - The areas highest quality behavioral healthcare providing care management services to clients which includes assessing and assisting with their needs and coordinating care in a warm and compassionate environment - 8 +/- hours per week - The Care Manager will follow through and assist clients with their plan of care, and coordinate care services ensuring that those we serve receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere. 2024 is our second year in a row being recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in New Jersey by NJBiz.com, one of the leading business journals in the state. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree is required
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in English
• NJ drivers license in good standing
• Possess insured vehicle to travel to and from clients homes
• Ability to deal with others in a diplomatic, tactful and confidential manner
• Ability to maintain composure under stress or in dealing with residents, staff, and families
• Flu vaccine required, or receive a medical exemption prior to employment
• Covid-19 vaccination documentation will be requested for reporting purposes only
