Position: Care Professional

At Home Instead, we refer to our Home Health Aides as Care Professionals (Care Pros) because they play a vital role in the lives of our clients.

Your Responsibilities as a Care Professional:

• Provide personal care and assistance with dressing, bathing, and hygiene needs.
• Assist with grocery shopping and meal preparation.
• Offer medication reminders and help with light housekeeping and laundry.
• Provide companionship and support for individuals with dementia and Alzheimer's.

*No prior experience required; we provide training for all new hires.*

What We Require from You:

• A genuine commitment to treating seniors and their property with dignity and respect.
• Excellent communication skills to engage warmly with clients.
• Willingness to complete a criminal background check, DMV check, and drug screening.
• A valid driver's license and auto insurance are essential.
