Care Supervisor Primary Responsibilities:
Scheduling and Coverage:
Develop and manage caregiver schedules, ensuring appropriate coverage to meet client needs.
Client and Caregiver Satisfaction:
Monitor and maintain high levels of satisfaction for both clients and caregivers, addressing concerns and issues promptly. The ability to create strong rapport between caregivers and clients is instrumental to the success in this position.
Home Assessments:
Conduct in-home assessments to evaluate client needs, ensuring appropriate care matches and identifying any specific care requirements.
Time Sheet Accuracy:
Review and verify caregiver timesheets for accuracy, supporting the payroll process by ensuring timely and accurate submissions.
Policy Enforcement:
The Care Supervisor is empowered to enforce company policies and implement progressive discipline measures, including verbal and written warnings, suspension, and termination.
Ensure caregivers adhere to company policies and procedures, addressing and correcting any non-compliance.
Caregiver Support:
Act as a resource for caregivers, providing support, guidance, and assistance with daily challenges.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of client and caregiver interactions, home assessment findings, and scheduling adjustments.
Executive Reporting:
Prepare and submit regular reports on caregiving operations, client satisfaction, scheduling, and other relevant metrics to the Executive Management Team, providing insights and recommendations as needed
