Base Salary: $60,000 per year

Total Compensation Potential: Up to $175,000+ per year, including base salary, placement

bonuses, and commission on billable hours.

Must reside in the Greater Houston, TX area but is fully Remote

Position Overview

The Career Agent Program Manager will oversee and manage the Artemis Career Agent

Program, focusing on delivering exceptional career coaching services to professionals and

executives. This role involves working directly with the CEO to ensure the program meets client

needs and operates efficiently. The Program Manager will be responsible for client onboarding,

program administration, performance tracking, and supporting marketing and business

development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Program Management:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Career Agent Program, ensuring high-quality
  • service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and refine program processes, policies, and materials to enhance the client

experience.

  • Manage the scheduling and coordination of coaching sessions, workshops, and webinars.

Client Onboarding and Engagement:

  • Lead the client onboarding process, including initial consultations and assessments.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to track progress and address any

concerns.

  • Ensure clients receive tailored coaching plans aligned with their career goals.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Monitor program performance metrics, including client satisfaction, placement rates, and

retention.

  • Prepare regular reports for the CEO on program outcomes, client feedback, and areas for

improvement.

  • Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve the program based on client

insights.

Marketing and Business Development Support:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the Career Agent Program through
  • targeted campaigns and events.
  • Assist in developing marketing materials, including content for social media, newsletters,
  • and the Artemis website.
  • Support business development efforts by identifying potential clients and partnership

opportunities.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the CEO to ensure alignment on program goals and strategies.
  • Coordinate internal meetings and training sessions to keep the team updated on program

developments.

  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning and innovation.

Financial Management:

  • Manage program budgets, including tracking expenses and coordinating payments for services.
  • Oversee invoicing and payment collection, particularly for success fees related to client

placements.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational

Development, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in program management, career coaching, human

resources, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.

Skills:

• Strong organizational and project management skills with keen attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively

with clients.

• Proven ability to analyze program data and develop actionable insights.

• Familiarity with career development tools, strategies, and best practices.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and project management software.
