A Non-profit in Manhattan is currently seeking a Career Coach to join their team.About the Opportunity:

• Start Date: ASAP
• Assignment Length: Ongoing (Contract to Hire)
• Schedule: Monday - Friday
• Hours: 9am - 5pm

Responsibilities:The Career Coach will:

• Provide motivational sessions, attitudinal training, goal setting, orientation to workplace expectations, conflict resolution, sexual harassment, and communication skills.
• Conduct monthly workshop orientations to an average of 50 participants.
• Specialize in resume creation, interviewing techniques, facilitation, and classroom management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Ability to interact positively with a variety of personalities and socio-economic populations and to maintain confidentiality.

Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of the local labor market and employer requirements.
