About the Role

The Company is seeking a Career Coach to work with individuals in recovery from substance use disorders, assisting them in the critical process of seeking and obtaining employment. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging the target population, establishing credibility, and directing their participation in the RRP program. This role involves assessing and referring individuals to various services, screening and enrolling them in the program, and ensuring compliance with grant requirements. The Career Coach will also be involved in recruiting employers and educational providers as partners, understanding their needs, and assessing clients for compatible opportunities.Applicants for the Career Coach position at the company should have a high school diploma, with a preference for those with knowledge of the issues faced by the target population. The role requires at least two years of customer service experience, as well as skills in oral and written communication, and the ability to effectively interact with the target population. The ideal candidate will be able to exercise tact, diplomacy, and discretion, and must be committed to upholding the company's core values.
