• Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

• Monitor and report changes in the client's health, behavior, and needs.
• Accompany clients to appointments and assist with exercises and other aspects of their care plan.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; CNA or HHA certification preferred but not required.

• Must pass a background check and have a valid driver's license.
