Summary:

The Caregiver Administrator is a vital member of our team responsible for providing last-minutecoverage for open shifts between the hours of: Morning shift: 7 a.m. and 11 a.m. from Monday to Friday. Afternoon shift: 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. from Monday to Friday.This position requires flexibility, reliability, and a commitment to ensuring the continuity of care for our clients. In addition to covering shifts, the Caregiver Administrator will assist with administrative tasks during office hours as assigned by the office manager. You will report directly to the staffing coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:

-Be available and prepared to cover open shifts starting at 7 a.m., everyday including overnight shifts.

-Do warm hand offs as needed, providing quality care and support to clients and caregivers.

-Maintain clear communication with the office manager regarding availability and scheduling.

-Morning shift -Report to the office at 8 a.m. on weekdays when not attending a caregiver shift to assist with administrative tasks.-Afternoon shift - Leave the office at 4 p.m. on weekdays when not attending a caregiver shift after assisting with administrative tasks.

-Assist in maintaining accurate records of caregiver schedules, caregiver files, client information, and other administrative duties as assigned.

-Collaborate with the office manager and other team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional client care.

-Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate team member, file, help maintain cleanliness of the office,

Qualifications:

-High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in healthcare or administration is a plus.

-1Yr Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.

-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, caregivers, and team members.

-Reliable and punctual, with the ability to respond quickly to last-minute scheduling needs.

-Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.

-Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards clients and their families.

-Valid driver's license and insurance.

Physical Requirements:

-Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the day.

-Lift and move objects weighing up to 25 pounds.

-Ability to assist clients with mobility and other daily living activities as needed.
