Caregiver - All Shifts Available - BrightStar Care of The Monterey Peninsula : Job Details

Are you an experienced Caregiver - Home Care Aide who takes pride in providing exceptional care and compassion to your clients?

BrightStar Care of The Monterey Peninsula is hiring caregivers to provide a higher quality of one-on-one, in-home care to elderly, disabled adults, and those in need in the community. If you answer Yes to the questions above, we would love to speak with you.

Duties:

- Provide compassionate and personalized care to individuals in need

- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming

- Transport clients to appointments, errands and other

- Prepare and serve meals while adhering to dietary requirements as needed

- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up living areas

- Provide companionship and engage in social activities with clients

- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to the appropriate medical professionals

- Document tasks and create care notes for each visit

- Follow all HIPAA guidelines to ensure client confidentiality

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable, Insured Vehicle
• Certified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
• Registration or willing to register to be on the Home Care Aide Registry
• 1 year of previous professional experience as an in home Caregiver / Home Care Aide or similar (preferred)

- $21 - $24hr plus $2hr for weekend shifts
