Caregiver AM or Afternoon Shifts Available Now - Right at Home Southern Oregon : Job Details

Right at Home Southern Oregon is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as part-time caregivers. As a caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those in need of extra support. This role involves providing personalized assistance to our clients and promoting their well-being and quality of life.

We currently have a female client in Medford looking for someone to assist her with her daily activities (Flexible AM or afternoon shifts). She will need assistance with showering, dressing/grooming, meal prep, housekeeping, and companionship.

Essential Functions

• Non-medical care: companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medication reminders, assistance with bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, transportation, mobility, safety supervision,
• Performing personal care activities includes assisting the patient with activities of daily living.
• Perform light housekeeping tasks.
• Follow and execute the client care plan.
• Communicate effectively with the office team.
• Provide a safe and clean environment for the client.
• Update daily care notes through the mobile app.

Qualifications

• Be able to pass background check
• Ability to get to and from clients home
• Must be 18 years to apply
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English as needed for the job
• Must possess a valid ID
