Job Description:

• Assistance with personal care, meal preparations, errands, medication reminders, transfers (Gait belt, Hoyer/Sit to Stand, Pivot Transfers), other duties as requested.
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and other duties as visually observed and requested.
• Promote a safe environment.
• Shifts schedule Thursday - Saturday 9am to 1pm.

Job Requirements:

• Professional Certified Nursing Assistant (license does not need to be active) with excellent communication skills.
• Honest, reliable and compassionate.
• Desire to be a friend to the client.
• Have at least 5 years of paid caregiving experience
• Pass a comprehensive background check and reference check
• Pass PHC's skills & knowledge assessment through the completion of training.
• Basic English speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Additional training/education a plus!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $17.50 per hour
