Job Responsibilities:
- Support the CARE needs of our clients
- Maintaining a safe environment in the home
- Personal Care including bathing, toileting and grooming
- Mobility and transfer assistance
- Nutrition management
- Medication Reminders
- Supporting cognitive health through social interaction
- Including Alzheimer's and other Dementia CARE
- Use of technology both for training and documentation of tasks performed on shift
- Verbal and Written communication with the office staff
- Ability to lift, push or pull up to 25lbs
- Ability to bend, kneel, stoop and reach
Successful applicants will meet the following requirements:
- Valid Driver's License, Automobile Insurance, and reliable vehicle
- Must be comfortable with schedule variability due to client needs
- Submit to Criminal Background Investigation, Motor Vehicle Driving Record
- Submit to Pre-Employment Drug Screening
- Must be 18 years or older
