Your Role as a Caregiver

As a valued member of the SYNERGY HomeCare team, youll have the rewarding opportunity to:

• Provide compassionate, non-medical care to clients in their homes.
• Assist with daily routines, including morning preparations and evening wind-downs.
• Help clients with personal care needs such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility support (including use of Hoyer Lifts).
• Engage in companionship and meaningful social interactions.
• Perform light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
• Foster professional and caring relationships with clients and their families.

Qualifications

To join our team, youll need:

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience or a CNA certification.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain it after hire).
• A valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance.
• Availability to work Saturdays or Sundays regularly.
• The ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
