Senior Helpers is looking for people who are committed to enhancing the quality of life of seniors and people with disabilities by providing the best in-home care with, excellence and integrity.We have long and short shifts available immediately. Are you looking for part time? Full time? WE CAN WORK WITH YOUR AVAILABILITY!!Senior Helpers offers a ranged wage- -We are hiring staff @15.50/hour-if we identify you for a shorter visit (under 3 hours) we do increase the wage. Our 2 hour visits are paid @$20/hour and our 1 hour visit is paid at a flat rate $30We offer monthly incentive bonuses-1 monthly-Heart of Gold- $300.002 monthly-Over and Above-$150.002 monthly- Perfect Attendance-$150.00We're also giving all our new employees the $500 for the first 500 hours worked bonus!We have pay advances with Pay Active!RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide social companionship
• Support with a variety of daily living tasks and reminders
• Transportation to appointments, errands and social outings
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Standby/assistance with personal hygiene
• Overnight safety assistance

QUALIFICATIONS

• No healthcare certification is required!
• A compassionate heart for older adults
• Valid driver's license, a vehicle and active auto insurance
• Ability to travel 15 miles for any scheduled shifts
• The ability to lift, push and pull up to 25 pounds
• Daily access to email, the Internet, and a mobile phone
