Right At Home Pasadena/Covina is seeking compassionate individuals with excellent people skills to join our team. You don't need professional caregiving experience-we encourage anyone with personal experience or less than a year of professional caregiving experience to apply.As a caregiver, you will support our clients with vital daily living activities. This may involve assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and other essential tasks that significantly improve the overall well-being and quality of life of individuals who require assistance.We offer a paid comprehensive caregiver training program to equip our caregivers with the necessary skills and knowledge. Whether starting your career or looking to enhance your skill set, we are committed to supporting your growth and development.We offer excellent benefits, including a $250 sign-on bonus, weekly pay, flexible scheduling, Aflac insurance, paid sick leave, a caregiver recognition and rewards program, and employee referral bonuses.Once you've completed your first 90 days, you will be eligible to enroll in free, certified caregiver/personal care aid courses with our local school partners.Pay rate: starts at $17.75/hrShifts: Per Diem work up to 40+ hours per weekRequirements:

• Personal or professional experience as a caregiver
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable vehicle with auto insurance
• High school diploma or GED
• Fluent in English
• Authorized to work in the US
