Job Description :
Our mission here at Right at Home is to improve the quality of life for those we serve. Our caregivers provide the ability for clients to remain in their own homes safely, comfortably, and as independently as possible as we assist them in their daily lives. Qualifications:
  • No certifications or experience required- we will provide initial and ongoing training
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check
  • Valid driver's license and current automobile insurance preferred
Responsibilities:
  • Serving as a companion to clients
  • Transporting clients to and from appointments, errands, activities, etc.
  • Medication reminders
  • Preparing meals
  • Performing light housekeeping duties (sweeping, mopping, washing dishes, laundry, etc.)
  • Providing bathing and dressing assistance
  • Assisting with transfer and mobility
  • Shopping and running errands
  • Following patient care plans
  • Keeping proper care records and reporting changes to nursing team
  • Communicating with families, co-workers, and supervisors regarding care
  • Completing and maintaining proper time sheet records for services provided
