As a Special Needs Caregiver, you will play a critical role in helping our clients lead independent and fulfilling lives by teaching, guiding, and providing emotional supportResponsibilities:

• Provide daily assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) including dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Support clients with goals for independent living as noted in their Individual Plan of Service (IPOS)
• Monitor emotional and behavioral health, offering companionship and emotional support.
• Assist in promoting social interaction and participation in daily activities.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of the client at all times.
• Maintain accurate records of progress for clients.

Requirements:

• Passion for helping individuals with special needs.
• Previous experience in caregiving or working with individuals with disabilities is preferred (but not required).
• Ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with clients, families, and team members.
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable.
• Must have access to a smartphone to use app for clocking in and out
• Background check required.
