Caregiver - Home Instead : Job Details

Caregiver: Bandera, Pipe Creek, Medina, LeakeyHome Instead is looking for caring, compassionate, and dedicated Caregivers in the Bandera, Pipe Creek, Medina, and Leakey areas to become a part of our team and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community. Home Instead provides a variety of non-medical services that allow our clients to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, care, and compassion.

At Home Instead, we make a difference! We have a variety of shifts available with competitive pay (Starting at $14 per hour).

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation
• Medication and appointment reminders
• Assistance with grooming and bathing
• Alzheimer's care
• Ability to treat and care for aging adults and their property with dignity and respect
• Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and compassionate manner
• Complete a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screen
• Possess a valid driver's license and auto insurance

*No previous experience necessary—robust skills training is provided by Home Instead*
