CAREGIVER JOB DESCRIPTION INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO :

• Companionship and conversation
• Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation
• Medication and appointment reminders
• Personal care with all activities of daily living
• Dementia and Alzheimer's Care
• Transportation to errands and appointments
• Nurse Delegated Services

REQUIREMENTS TO BE A CAREGIVER:

• Ability to pass a background check, DMV check, and a drug screen
• Possess a valid Driver's License and auto insurance
• Reliable transportation
• Flexibility to work some weekends

We provide care in all of the following locations: Port Orchard, Manchester, Southworth, Olalla, Bremerton, Bainbridge Island, Poulsbo, Kingston, Keyport, Silverdale, Hansville, Indianola, Longbranch, Port Gamble, Lakebay, Seabeck, Suquamish, Vashon Island JOB TYPES: Full-time, Part-time, Flexible QUICK PAY SCALE:

• Non-certified $19.00- $23.00 an hour, depending on shift and specialty care
• Certified: $21.50 - $25.50 an hour, depending on shift, experience and specialty care

SHIFTS AVAILABLE:

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• 4 hour shift
• Day shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• Overnight shift
• Weekend availability

COVID-19 CONSIDERATIONS: Masks and additional PPE are provided when applicable. Covid Vaccinations not required, but recommended. EXPERIENCE:

• Caregiving: 1 year (Preferred) but not required
• In-house HCA training provided for employee's only, more information provided at request
