MINIMUM JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS - High school diploma or equivalent is required. Six months of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience. Appropriate certification, as required by state. Current and valid first aid and CPR certification. Demonstrated ability to communicate politely and effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing, with residents and staff. Meet state related requirements (if applicable to position)Ability to work in a team setting and be a team player.
