Caregiver Needed in Moore Haven - COMMUNITY RESOURCE NETWORK OF FLORIDA : Job Details

Community Resource Network of Floridais looking for a caregiver who is fun, compassionate, dependable andis committed to helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) achieve their highest level of independence and live their best life. Great part time to full time position. The individual is a 19-years-old young female in need of a caregiver to support her with ADLs, meal preparation and community outings. She enjoys music and scrolling in her phone. This is an independent contract position and pays $15.00 per hour Schedule: Monday to Friday 3:00pm-9pm Saturdays 8:00am-4:00pm. You will be a good fit for this position if you:

Responsibilities and Duties you can expect in the role:

• Ensuring individual's safety and maintaining a safe living environment
• Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individual to social events, community outings, such as grocery shopping and appointments
• Promote communication, choice, independence, and socialization
• Complete daily progress notes

Qualifications and Skills

• Valid driver's license
• Must be able to pass Local and Level 2 Background Screening
• Provide proven 1 year of caregiving experience or technical training.
• Have a High School diploma or equivalent
• Are 18 years of age or older
