Here at CareCruiz Homecare Agency, we are a Female Owned business since 2018. We create flexible custom work schedules for each team member. Our caregivers tell us when they are available to work, and in what area they want to work in. We are a small business looking to grow and help as many Clients as able to. We have openings for part-time and full-time caregivers/Direct Care Workers here in the Hermitage, Sharon, Sharpsville, Farrell, Greenville, Mercer and surrounding areas. Our focus on Flexable Scheduling makes this the perfect fit for working parents, retirees, college students and anyone looking for a position with an excellent work/life Balance, that wants to help the elders in the area. Previous experience is a plus but not needed, and training is available. If you want to help others, we will welcome you with open arms! We are looking for compassionate, reliable individuals who are dedicated to Helping People stay independent and in their own homes and living life as best as they can and to help give back to the older Generation. Job Responsibilities

• Building trusting relationships with clients to ease effective care and support

• Helping with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care tasks

• Aiding with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship

• Ability to multi-task, self-directed, suitable time management skills, courteous, and common sense.

• Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the patient.

• Able to work independently.

• Bring happiness and peace of mind to the elderly and those with disabilities

• Document/report any changes in client's health status

• Ensure client safety and well-being

• Document and track job duties via electronic visit verification

• Provide safety, oversight and supervision of clients to ensure their ability to continue to live at home

Experience/Qualification

• Previous experience preferred but not required.

• Must be able to pass a mandatory criminal background check.

• First Aid/CPR Certificate obtained prior to employment. (required)

• Defensive Driving Certificate or obtained within the first month of employment.

• 1 year of direct care experience or equivalent educational experience (preferred)

• Practices good hygiene and is neat in personal appearance (required)

• Fluent in English- reading, writing, and speaking (required)

• Successfully pass clearance and reference checks (required)

• Able to obtain 2 step negative TB test and physical (required)
