Be Part of Something GreatHome Instead in Hernando County is looking for passionate, committed Caregivers, Home Health Aides, and CNA's to become a part of our team. All clients live in Hernando CountyPrimary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assist with personal care needs
• Companionship and conversation
• Meal preparation
• Medication and appointment reminders
• Complete a criminal background check, motor vehicle record check, and drug screen
• Possess a valid driver's license and valid auto insurance
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening

Hourly rate of pay ranges from $14/hr-$20/hr based on scheduled shifts and clients' needsIn addition, we offer an Overnight Shift with a competitive differential and a Weekend shift with a competitive differentialWe have a variety of shifts available with competitive pay.
