We train our crew in all positions (cashier, barista, and food service) to help support store operations and team goals.
- Customer Service: Greet and interact with guests in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. Ensure that every customer's experience is exceptional, addressing concerns and providing solutions as needed.
- Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, espresso drinks, and other beverages according to recipes and standards. Customize drinks as requested by customers.
- Food Service: Assist in the preparation of food items such as pastries and sandwiches following health and safety guidelines.
- Cash Handling & Register Operation: Accurately process customer transactions, handle cash, and operate the POS system.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the store clean and organized by following daily cleaning procedures, maintaining cleanliness of tables, floors, and equipment, and ensuring a tidy work environment.
- Product Knowledge: Learn and stay updated on products, promotions, and seasonal offerings. Share this knowledge with guests and make recommendations based on their preferences.
- Team Collaboration: Work cooperatively with fellow team members to ensure efficient store operations and guest satisfaction.
- Adherence to Policies & Procedures: Follow company policies and procedures regarding food safety, cleanliness, and operational guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Prior customer service or food service experience is preferred but not required.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest interaction.
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and customer satisfaction.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift up to 25 lbs, and work in a busy environment.
