Job DescriptionA leading Residential Construction company in the area is seeking a Carpenter/Foremanto join their team. Key Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and assemble materials to construct frameworks, floors, roofs, and walls.
• Install doors, windows, cabinets, countertops, and other finishing elements in residential structures.
• Perform repairs or alterations to existing structures, including removing structures and rebuilding new ones.
• Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, or building plans to determine specific requirements.

Skills

• Proven experience as a carpenter in residential construction.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Strong understanding of carpentry techniques, framing, and building materials.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and dexterity.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
