Job DescriptionProfessional Carpenter/Foreman Position Overview: Gpac is partnered with a company who is looking for an experienced Carpenter/Foreman to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong carpentry background, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage projects from start to finish. Professional Carpenter/Foreman Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee carpentry projects, managing schedules and supervising crew members.
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings for accurate project execution.
  • Perform high-quality carpentry work, including framing, cabinetry, and finish carpentry.
  • Conduct site inspections to ensure safety compliance and adherence to project specifications.
  • Train and mentor junior carpenters and apprentices.
  • Collaborate with project managers and clients to meet project goals.
  • Maintain tools and equipment in safe working order.
Professional Carpenter/Foreman Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a carpenter, with a minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • OSHA certification is a plus.
