Values: Embrace Change, Be Community Driven, Build Collaborative Relationships, Show Passion in All We Do, Be a Team on a Mission The Role: As our Cart Attendant at the Mad Russian, your primary focus is to provide a professional, friendly and exceptional golf experience for our guests. In this role you will greet guests, assist guests with golf bags, prepare and maintain golf carts, and set up the driving range. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Organize the cart garage, plug in carts and maintain a count of all golf carts.
  • Interact with guests in a positive and polite manner.
  • Clean and prepare golf carts for the next guest's usage.
  • During each shift, check, empty, and refill water stations throughout the golf course.
  • Set up the driving range and use a range finder to measure distance.
  • Pick up loose balls on the driving range, return them to the shed and clean them.
  • Keep the cart staging area and all surrounding areas clean and organized.
  • Greet guests at bag drop and assist with loading their bags on a cart or into the bag rack.
  • Assist guests moving their clubs from the cart to their car after their round.
  • Understand all safety precautions that must be followed while handling golf course equipment.
  • Perform other necessary duties as they are assigned.
Desired skills and qualifications
  • Must be 16 years of age or older.
  • Possess a valid driver's license.
  • Customer service and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of electric and gas golf carts and their use on the driving range, golf course, and surrounding areas.
  • Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with staff members, patrons, and the public.
  • Ability to read and interpret written documents and manuals.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, both orally and in writing.
  • Be a team player - build and maintain a working relationship with the Golf team.
  • Flexible schedule - ability to work nights, weekends and holidays, as necessary.
