RN - Case Manager

Location: Margate, Fl 33063

Shift: 08:30 AM - 05:00 PM

Travel Pay: $2180

Local Pay: $48/hr. on W2

Case Management Responsibilities:

• Primary Focus: Complex discharge planning, including coordination and support.
• EMR Systems: Midas and Meditech experience required.
• Preferred Skills: Experience in complex discharge planning is a plus.

Work Schedule:

• Traveler expected to work every other weekend and holidays as part of the rotation with hospital staff.
• Flexible schedule options available.

Equipment & Technology:

• Meditech and Midas EMR systems used.

Ideal Candidate:

• Must have Meditech and Midas experience.
• Experience in complex discharge planning preferred.
• Best suited for candidates with a strong, supportive, and adaptable personality.

• RN: Navy Blue
• Clinical Support: Caribbean Blue
• Radiology: Black
• Lab: Khaki
• Surgical Staff: Ciel Blue
• RT: Gray

Unit Overview:

• Beds: 286
• Unit Type: Psych/Rehab (Float Unit)
• Staff: Includes RN, Case Managers (CM), and Social Workers (SW)
• Ratios: Day shift: 1 charge RN, 3 RNs, 2 CNAs, 1-3 sitters. Night shift: 25:1 patient ratio.
