Job Description :

KARL STORZ is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-orientedSpecial Processes Case Managerto ensure accurate and efficient management of customer master data. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer master data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with established standards
  • Create, review, and approve new customer account requests and maintain existing accounts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and integrity
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer master data management
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of combined experience in customer service and account management
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proficient in computer applications and general office equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of customer data experience, with experience working with master data and SAP MM applications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
  • Exceptional organizational and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under deadlines and in a multi-tasking production environment
