Our employees are our most valuable asset.Job DescriptionThe Cash and Collateral Management Specialist will be responsible for managing cash and collateral exposures in Virtus funds and separately managed accounts. This position will monitor cash balances, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate collateral management activities to minimize counterparty risk.Primary Job Responsibilities:

• Manage cash and collateral exposures in Virtus funds and separately managed accounts.
• Oversee risk oversight, regulatory reporting, portfolio accounting and FX trade execution.
• Utilize Virtus proprietary VBAM system and Bloomberg for transparency and accuracy.
• Monitor cash balances, regulatory compliance, and daily reconciliation processes.
• Coordinate collateral management activities to minimize counterparty risk.

Ideal Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 5 plus years of experience in cash management, collateral management, or a related role.
• Proficiency in Bloomberg and other financial software systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial industry.
• Strong communications skills with the ability to multi-task in a highly demanding environment.
• Strong attention to detail.

The starting base salary range is $109,000 to $133,000.The starting salary offer will vary based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity, and alignment with market data. This position is also eligible to participate in the annual incentive plan.#LI-Remote
