As a Cash Posting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial health of our hospital by accurately and efficiently posting and reconciling cash transactions. This position requires a meticulous eye for detail, an understanding of financial processes, and a commitment to upholding our values. Responsibilities:
- Administer Petty Cash responsibilities.
- Collaborate with billing and finance teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure accurate financial records.
- Ensure daily reconciliation of cash deposits with meticulous documentation.
- Handle over-the-counter (OTC) transactions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
- Manage patient refunds effectively.
- Post and reconcile cash transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Process payments efficiently, including those from insurance companies and direct mail.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Responsible for the maintenance of department records, reports, and files.

- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months previous experience in billing and/or medical role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
