Cashier - Quality Chevrolet Nj : Job Details

We are looking for a Cashier to join our growing team! The right candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to handle a flexible schedule. The day-to-day responsibilities will include answering the dealership phone, cashing out customers, logging customers DMV when it arrives in the Cashier, and some Administrative Duties. • Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received
• Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers for all departments
• Answer phones and direct customers to the proper department
• Must be experienced in handling money
• Record totals of sales receipts, counter tickets, and repair orders and verify against cash, checks and credit card payments on hand at end of shift
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Must be able to Multi-task

Qualifications

• Customer-focused, enthusiastic individual with exceptional communication skills
• Experienced with Microsoft Office is preferred (excel, word, outlook, etc.)
• Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility
• Professional appearance
• Must be available to work days, evenings, weekends and Holidays
