CASHIER - TMAG Holdings LLC : Job Details

Join one of Oklahoma's premier dealership groups, Ted Moore Auto Group, as an Automotive Service Cashier. This valuable position is the face of the service department.The Service Cashier also has many responsibilities that affect the dealership's service department's efficiency and bottom line.As a Service Cashier you will:

• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from Service and Parts customers and record the amount received.
• Verify the accuracy of the customer's bill using the dealership's computer system and closed paid tickets.
• Direct customers who have additional questions or concerns to their Service Advisor or other appropriate individual.
• Records monies received on daily settlement sheets and verifies against cash-on-hand.
• Operate the service telephone and online platform.
• File repair orders

Job Requirements:

• Previous dealership experience is preferred but not required
• Positive attitude is a must
• Need to be responsible and organized, and have good communication skills.
• Must be willing to submit to a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and DMV screen
• Punctuality is required
• Must be able to multitask and perform under pressure
