Cashier - Burger King : Job Details

Job Summary:Cashiers at Burger King are the face of the restaurant and are responsible for ensuring that customers receive an efficient and courteous service at the checkout counter.

Responsibilities:- Greet customers entering and leaving the business.- Manage transactions with customers using cash registers.- Scan items, ensure that prices are correct, receive payments, and provide change.- Issue receipts, refunds, tickets, and change.- Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information.- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas.- Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies.

Qualifications:- Proven work experience as a Retail Cashier or in a similar role in customer service.- Basic PC knowledge.- Familiar with electronic equipment, like cash register and POS.- Good math skills.- Strong communication and time management skills.- Customer satisfaction-oriented.- High school degree or equivalent.
