Job Summary

We are seeking an Experienced Cashier/Receptionist with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude. This individual will answer phones and direct customers to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner. This position will also be responsible for basic accounting skills and knowledge of routine accounting functions. The hours for this position are Monday - Thursday 11:00am - 7:00pm and Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm and Saturday 8:00am - 6:00pm with either Tues, Wed and Thurs off. A part-time position is also available for the hours of Friday 9:00 am- 6:00pm and Saturday 8:00am - 6:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers.
• Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers.
• Operate switchboard telephone system.
• Communicate with callers in a professional, friendly and efficient manner, striving to minimize the amount of time customers spend on hold.
• Be friendly, professional, courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees.
• Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel and Word are a plus.
• Ability to communicate customers' interests, needs and requests to management and sales personnel.
• Professional personal appearance
