**Responsibilities**

* Greets customers at the cashier window in a pleasant and professional manner.

* Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket.

* Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers.

* Reconcile cash drawer daily.

* Promptly and efficiently answer multi-line switchboard and direct consumer to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner.

* Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer complaining customers to the appropriate individual for resolution.

* Maintenance and Filing of Service Repair Orders, Parts Counter Tickets, Hard Copies.

* Perform any other special duties as requested by Dealer and other Managers.

* Regular attendance consistent with attendance policy.

* Must follow all company safety policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**

* High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent combination of education and experience

* Team player focused on providing exemplary customer service

* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment

* Detail oriented with strong organizational and communication skills

* 18 years of age or older required
