Job DescriptionHard Rock Casino & Hotel Tulsa is seeking a Casino Host responsible for building and nurturing relationships with high-end guests to maximize their gaming experience and drive revenue for the casino. This involves personalized communication, offering exclusive benefits, and ensuring a memorable and rewarding experience for each guest.Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-value guests through personalized communication (phone, text, email, in-person).
  • Utilize rewards programs, casino amenities, promotions, and exclusive events to attract and retain high-value guests.
  • Be highly visible on the casino floor to greet and interact with guests during their visits.
  • Make informed decisions regarding complimentary offers based on guest play and profitability.
  • Resolve guest disputes and complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of all casino promotions, events, and amenities.
  • Assist in the coordination of casino promotions and special events.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of all guest information.
  • Adhere to all casino gaming policies and procedures.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in casino operations, sales, or a related field.
  • Prior experience working in a resort setting or a sales environment is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to travel as required.
  • Ability to work in a casino environment, which may include exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority.
