Job Description Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns to promote events, promotions, and services across various channels.
  • Coordinate digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Work closely with the creative team to develop marketing materials such as flyers, digital ads, and promotional signage.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including entertainment, food and beverage, and operations, to align marketing strategies.
  • Assist in organizing and executing property events, ensuring successful promotion and guest turnout.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners for marketing-related services.
  • Support the execution of loyalty programs and other guest engagement initiatives to increase repeat business.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to help adjust and refine Caesars' marketing strategies.
  • Ensure all marketing efforts are compliant with company brand guidelines and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality, gaming, or entertainment industry.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including social media, email marketing, and content creation.
  • Proficient in marketing tools and platforms, including CRM systems and social media management software.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to use a computer and relevant software for job-related tasks.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when necessary.
PHYSICAL, MENTAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
  • Must be able to move in and around the Casino/Hotel areas and Caesars Rewards centers through the entire shift.
  • Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
  • Must be able to keep aware of the constant changes and enhancements of the Caesars Rewards program and its benefits.
  • Must be able to respond calmly and handle many customers' demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, crouch, kneel, twist, balance, and work at a desk.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds.
  • Responds to visual and aural cues.
  • Must have manual dexterity to be able to operate the following equipment: computer, telephone, photocopy machine, fax machine, ten key, embosser, printer, and bar encoder.
  • Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke.
