We require an experienced Casting Director with 3+ years in talent recruiting or casting. This fast-paced role requires exceptional organizational skills and a proven ability to build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.

Core Responsibilities:

• Spearhead talent scouting, vetting, and casting for VSL productions
• Manage project pipeline logistics across multiple concurrent productions
• Coordinate talent scheduling, transportation, and documentation
• Maintain and grow talent database
• Support the production coordination team with documentation and scheduling

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in talent recruiting or casting
• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent projects
• Proficiency in casting software and project management tools
• Excellence in timeline management and resource allocation
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Success Metrics:

• Maintain 20+ pre-vetted talents ready for consideration
• Deliver initial talent options within 24 hours of brief receipt
• Achieve 90%+ pipeline project readiness
• Ensure zero talent-related production delays
• Process all documentation within the same business day
• Grow talent database by 20% quarterly
