O. Penn Cat Rental Store's business goalsProvide high quality and cost-effective coverage of the assigned territory, including servicing of existing accounts and developing new accounts within the various market segments represented in the territoryEffectively use all selling tools, including the telephone, computer, software, wireless communications and other means to promote the features, benefits and overall value of Caterpillar and allied equipment and the total product and service offerings at the H. O. Penn Cat Rental StoreWork collaboratively with other sales & rental team members, including Inside Sales Reps and Rental Coordinators, to accurately and efficiently process rental and sales orders, address customer concerns and maximize rental and sales business and growthEffective and efficient management and development of the assigned rental & sales territory, contributing to the achievement of branch goalsWork cooperatively with other Rental & Sales Reps, to maximize geographic sales coverageMaintain accurate data on the activities of customers within the territory and communicate all relevant information to other members of the H. O. Penn Cat Rental Store Rental & Sales teamMaximize the H. O. Penn Cat Rental Store's share of the total rental business of each existing customerDevelop, maintain and communicate a comprehensive awareness of the state of the construction industry as well as all competitive activity within the territory effectively utilizing Dodge and other marketing reports and dataOptimal customer experience with the H.O. Penn Cat Rental StoreBecome an integral part of the customer's business, represent the customer's need to H. O. Penn and seek solutions consistent with H. O. Penn's mission and goalsWork closely with other members of H. O.
