Job Summary:
The Category Manager – Logistic will be managing a spend of ~$60M annually and will support a network-wide logistics operations, services and strategy. This will include managing logistics sourcing, procurement execution, carrier onboarding, budgeting activities, and benchmarking projects. He/she will ensure that the services procured for our network will deliver the highest levels of reliability, speed, and cost while ensuring financial structures remain best in class.
The candidate must be a thought leader and Subject Matter Expert who will be tasked to support Trivium's global logistic strategy. He/she will also organize and coordinate the logistical day-to-day activities and may include supply and support operations, inventory control, equipment management, receiving and warehouse operations.
