Catering & Events - Coushatta Casino Resort : Job Details

Responsible for ensuring Catering and Event functions run according to specification and that superior guest service and satisfaction is achieved and maintained by the Catering and Events team. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High School diploma or GED required. One to three years restaurant supervisory experience preferred.
