Sodexo is seeking a Catering Manager for the University of Findlay located in Findlay, Ohio. Founded in 1882, the University of Findlay enrolls over 3,300 undergraduate and graduate students and offers more than 85 bachelor's degrees within six colleges. The University is a private higher education institution, located on a beautiful 96-acre main campus and has another 205-acres for two equestrian facilities in Findlay, Ohio.

UF Dining Services operates Henderson Dining Hall, The Refinery Food Court and Catering throughout the campus and the Findlay community and is also designated by Sodexo as a Center for Excellence training site. As the Catering Manager, you will drive an innovative catering program at an account with a long-term, strong client relationship. Valid drivers license is required.

• Experience writing catering menus
• Knowledge coordinating and executing multiple events daily
• Experience with labor controls, managing catering inventory and using catering software
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
• An ability to transform spaces and create an experience for guests

• Hands on Higher Education catering experience
• Strong financial acumen
• Experience with both casual and fine dining catering/banquet management
• Knowledge of ethnic culinary cuisine themes
• Prior high volume catering service experience
• Knowledge of catering set up and execution
