**Responsibilities**

**$15,000 sign-on bonus and $10,000 educational assistance available to external candidates**

**Essential Key Job Responsibilities**

+ This position is a floating Invasive Technologist to hospital locations in Omaha

+ Assists with pre-procedure education and preparing patient for procedure

+ Scrubs and assists physicians during procedures

+ Performs arterial and/or venous sheath removal utilizing deployment of closure devices, manual pressure, or mechanical compression and transport patients

+ Participation in the after-hours on-call rotation is required and staff must be able to respond within 30 minutes of notification

**Qualifications**

**Licensure & Certifications**

+ Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) credential from CCI. New graduates are eligible for hire and must obtain credentials within 6 months of start date

and / or

+ Radiology Technologist Degree with an ARRT certification

+ BLS from the American Heart Association required upon hire

+ AHA Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification

**Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Training**

+ Knowledge of radiographic views and equipment

+ Knowledge of EKG rhythms and abnormalities

+ Knowledge of cardiac and vascular anatomy

+ Knowledge of appropriate sterile field management and aseptic techniques

+ Knowledge of a wide range of invasive procedure supplies and equipment including but not limited to guidewires, sheaths, stents, catheters, and balloons

**Pay Range**

$29.02 - $42.08 /hour
