Cath Lab TechShift: Primarily Days with some late night (evenings) and on call/call per unit needs.Complete Description:Cardiac Cath/EP Lab - Surgical TechnologistAlso known as Invasive Cardiac Technologist (ICT), certified technicians who assist with heart surgeryThe Surgical Technologist will prepare the procedure room and sterile field for surgical procedures including the setup of sterile supplies, instruments, and equipment. They must be able to anticipate equipment required during procedures, operate equipment, and maintain sterile instruments. Surgical Technologist's will be required to function in multiple roles of the procedure team including scrub, circulator, and documenter. Good organizational skills are a must. Must be a Certified Surgical Technician or meet the NYS requirements to be grandfathered into Public Health law 2824.Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) through CCI or ARRT (prefers ARRT)Skills: Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience Expertise Rating Move 2 years of Cath Lab Tech experience Required 2 Years Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) through CCI Required COVID vaccine card showing fully completed COVID series Required BLS (AHA) Required
