CCL Apprentice - MasTec : Job Details

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Exhibit an enthusiasm to learn. Display an eagerness to build their knowledge and are willing to put in the effort to develop their skills. Attend formal training and complete on-the-job training. Complete all homework to build their knowledge and skillset and to meet the requirements of the apprenticeship. Keep log of on-the-job training activities. Complete all tests, presentations, and other required evaluations. Build professional relationships with colleagues and clients. Observe health and safety procedures. Promote and comply with all Company and safety policies and procedures. Attend all training available onsite to understand new tools, equipment, and work procedures. Learn and perform general tasks involving physical labor. May operate hand and power tools of all types: air hammers, earth tampers, cement mixers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment, and a variety of other equipment and instruments.
