You will ensure timely and courteous service to our customers while maintaining a high level of professionalism and care.*Key Responsibilities:** Operate waste collection vehicles safely and efficiently on designated routes.* Collect and transport waste to appropriate disposal or recycling facilities.* Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and regulations.* Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.* Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.* Maintain accurate records of service activities and report any issues to the supervisor.* Work collaboratively with the team to solve problems and improve service delivery.* Demonstrate a commitment to environmental responsibility and sustainability.*Qualifications:** Valid CDL A or B license with a clean driving record.* Experience in waste management or a related field is preferred but not required.* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.* Excellent customer service and communication skills.* High level of dedication, reliability, and work ethic.* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.* Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.* Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects.Job Type: Full-timePay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hourExpected hours: No less than 40 per weekBenefits:* Paid time offSchedule:* 10 hour shift* 8 hour shift* Home daily* Home weekends* Home weekly* Monday to Friday* Overtime* Weekends as needed* Year round workExperience:* Commercial driving: 1 year (Required)License/Certification:* Driver's License (Required)* Air Brake Endorsement (Preferred)* CDL A (Required)Ability to Commute:* Walpole, NH 03608 (Required)Work Location: In person
